Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with 24 hours or more before the reservation date are subject to a 50% per reservation non-refundable fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours before the reservation date or for no shows will be subject to a 100% non refundable fee. All cancellations must be received in written form via mail or fax.

Segway Tours of Puerto Rico reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service without prior notice.
